The Liberty International Film Festival - Georgia began as a small event in 2022 with the showing of one film.  This event created an outcry for more.  In 2023, the filmmakers produced FIVE student films with a festival premiere at Royal Cinemas in Pooler, Georgia.  Since then, we are now owned and operated by Liberty College and Career Academy, we have out-grown our venue, changed the name of the festival, and moved to a larger space.  We are now able to offer an international film festival at The Performing Arts Center in Hinesville, Georgia.

We have categories for drama/comedy, animation, and documentary.  We have categories for first-time filmmakers, adults, as well as high school and K-8 filmmakers.  Not only does this festival give exposure to filmmakers worldwide, but it also serves as a teaching platform for the training of future directors, producers, and filmmakers.
